Brid O' Brien
Founder of Albatel, Brid O’Brien is a Senior HR leader with extensive experience in building and leading profitable teams, managing organizational transformation and partnering with business leaders to optimize performance.
She is an industry veteran with 25 years of national and international experience, and she has a track record of providing organisational and people solutions at the highest levels in telecommunications, utilities, software & FMCG.
As past Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Ireland (CIPD), Board Member of CIPD UK, and Irish representative on the Board of the European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM), Brid is well known and highly respected in the HR & Recruitment industries, at home and internationally. Prior to founding Albatel, Brid spent several years as Managing Director of a Leinster based recruitment consultancy. She is also a qualified, accredited Executive Coach and an accredited Aptitude and Psychometric Assessor, who knows how to inspire Executive Leaders to make behavioural changes to transform themselves and the people around them.
Albatel was launched with the express goal of supporting high-potential Irish businesses in building profitable teams. In addition to her extensive industry experience, Brid applies her passion for providing insight-driven, practical people solutions every day. She thrives in those fast-paced environments where human performance is required to achieve capitalize on opportunity and achieve exemplary results.
